Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Acknowledgement Analyst to support our Sales Enablement and Support Services team. This role is responsible for reviewing vendor acknowledgements received through our proprietary platform and comparing them to the original purchase orders. The analyst will assign appropriate review statuses based on predefined criteria and report any discrepancies for further action. Once a match is validated, you’ll ensure critical data – such as order numbers and ship dates – are accurately entered into our clients’ business systems. This is a key review-focused, quality control role—ensuring our clients receive the reliable, consistent service they expect.
