What is the
Avanto Assessment?

The Avanto Assessment is a 4 to 6-week operational engagement for commercial interiors dealers, manufacturers, and rep groups. It maps your real workflows across six operational areas, identifies where AI creates measurable ROI, and delivers a concrete implementation plan, before any build begins.

What does the Avanto Assessment cover?

The assessment covers six operational areas — mapped against your real workflows, not your documentation.

Each area surfaces where logic lives in someone's head rather than your system, where data gets lost, and where your team works around the tools you already have.

How long does the Avanto Assessment take?

The assessment takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to final deliverables, structured across five stages. Every stage produces a tangible output — you see progress as it happens, not just at the end. Working sessions with your team are focused and short; Avanto works around your schedule.

1

Intake & KickoffAlign on scope, participants, and processes. Confirm the agenda, set up the workspace, and define what "done" looks like before anything starts.

2

Discovery & Analysis
Focused working sessions with your estimators, ops leads, and project managers. Flow diagrams, pain points, and gaps are documented incrementally after each session.

Output: AS-IS process map · Gap analysis · AI Readiness Report

3

Technical Alignment & Solution DesignInternal alignment on what Strata covers natively and what requires custom development. A demo is built and scripted around your operation. No tech is proposed until the business case is solid.

4

Client Review
Full picture presented: process map, AI Readiness Report, Business Case with ROI, quick wins, risks — and a live demo built around your actual operation, not a generic walkthrough.

Output: Live demo of your operation

5

Closeout & Next Steps
Everything documented and stored. All deliverables in your hands. If you move forward, next steps are already defined — modular, prioritized, and scoped to what you chose.

FAQs

We’ve pulled together some basics to help you get started

Direct answers to the questions we hear most often from dealers, manufacturers, and rep groups considering the assessment.

Do I have to commit to a build after the assessment?

No. The Avanto Assessment stands on its own. You will not be asked to commit to any technology build until you have reviewed the full business case. The deliverables have value regardless of your next decision.

We already use software for this. Do we still need the assessment?

Most Avanto clients use existing systems — ERP, CRM, quoting tools, and project management platforms. The assessment is not about replacing your system of record. It maps what is happening around it, between it, and despite it. That gap analysis is typically where AI creates the most measurable value.

How much time will the assessment require from our team?

The working sessions with your estimators, ops leads, and project managers are focused and short. Avanto works around your schedule, not the other way around. Most participants spend a few focused sessions across the full engagement.

How do we know the investment is worth it before we start?

You won't know until you complete the assessment — which is exactly why it exists. The business case with ROI projections is a deliverable of the assessment, not a prerequisite. You will not be asked to commit to a build until you have seen those numbers.
