Senior Validator (LATAM)

The Senior Validator is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the validation team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Avanto’s standards and procedures. This role serves as a key support function to the Validation and Monitoring Team Lead, facilitating communication, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring consistent process execution. The Senior Validator acts as a bridge between the validators and leadership to maintain productivity, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement across validation operations.
