Role Description 

This role is ideal for someone with proven project coordination experience.  You’ll manage decommissioning and inventory activities, assist with new client onboarding, and serve as a key resource for Sales Enablement and Support Services team. You’ll also help identify training needs, document process improvements, and drive operational efficiency across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and decommissioning projects, including coordinating installation activities and logistics.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Serve as a day-to-day resource for team members, addressing questions and providing guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for training, development, and skill enhancement within the team.
  • Document and communicate process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights on priorities, challenges, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to ensure project success.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the contract furniture industry in a project coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in one or more systems: Core, eManageOne, Khameleon, NetSuite, Hedberg, or Team Design.
  • Proven background in decommissioning and inventory management.
  • Understanding of contracts and discounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Process-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
