Our story

We started by doing the work. Then we built the platform.

Avanto began as an operations team inside commercial interiors, entering orders, comparing acknowledgements and chasing freight for dealers who were growing faster than they could hire.

Running that work at volume taught us where the order flow breaks: the quote PDF nobody can import, the acknowledgement that quietly changes a finish, the handoff between systems that costs margin on every project. Software alone was not fixing it, because nobody was operating the software.

So we built Strata, the intelligence layer that sits on top of the systems our clients already run, and kept the people who know how the work should go. Today Avanto delivers both halves: the platform and the team that runs it.

  1. Chapter 01

    An operating team

    Order entry, ACK comparison and sales support for commercial interiors dealers, run by people who know the product.

  2. Chapter 02

    Across the whole workflow

    Coverage widened to manufacturers, rep groups, installers and designers, plus a full finance back office from AP to controller support.

  3. Chapter 03

    Agentic Dream joins Avanto

    Acquiring Agentic Dream brought deep AI and technology capability in house, accelerating Strata and PDF to SIF/XML conversion.
